Twyric – the poetic side of twitter
Twyric uses the twitter search API to scour for tweets containing hashtags such as #haiku, #twyric, #twly, #gedicht, #poesie etc.
Once these tweets are retrieved, some processing is done on these tweets and then keywords from these tweets are used to search for an image from flickr. What you get in the end is a tweet with an image that should make sense!
Quickie
- Matches tweets with an image from flickr and displays it

Twyric Says
Twyric = Twitter + lyric. Twyric is an experiment. It has no further meaning but providing a background for contemplation.
Twyric combines lyric Twitter tweets with photos from flickr in real time.

twyric is out in beta 1.0 since last night. You can now freely define the hasttags to be searched … of course, non-lyric hashtags, too.
