TwtPoll is a simple survey/poll app made for twitter users. You can create a survey quickly and easily and share the link with all your twitter friends.

Your Twitter Friends can vote and see the poll results instantly.

You also get to configure if you want to allow multiple votes from the same IP address or not.

The site also provides you with a code to embed the Poll badge in your site.
