Twitterator – follow multiple twitter users at one go!

Twitterator is a twitter app that allows you to follow multiple twitter users at one go. However, a downside is that you need to provide the user list that you want to follow!

The twitter follow list can be located at a url or you can manually type in all the names of twitter users you wish to follow.

There’s no need to download anything to use this. Just visit the URL mentioned in the post and you’re good to go

I’m trying to find an gizmo that would let me manage multiple twitter accounts, this gizmo is good for following multiple accounts but do you know of one to manage say 10 accounts?

You can try HootSuite.com and for desktop TweetDeck . Hope it helps
