TweetDeck is an Adobe AIR powered application which strives to break down the various tweets into separate feeds and thus help users in better managing their twitter data.

Quickie

You can group all tweets into different columns based on topic or a particular group
By default, there are 3 columns – Timeline, @Replies and Direct Messages
