Tweet What You Eat – your twitter food diary
Tweet What You Eat is a food diary similar to FoodFeed and Uladoo with the difference being in how you update your diary. TweetWhatYouEat expects direct messages from you and not @Replies.
You need to sign up for the service using your twitter username and password. Once signed up, you can start sending what you eat as direct messages to @twye. You can not only send what you eat but also send the number of calories consumed so that you keep a tab on how many calories you gobble up each day. You can also opt to have the calories auto filled for you.
Add foodstuffs to a Do Not Eat list so that you are reminded about food items to avoid! This site can help you lose weight too. Add your weight and keep track of it easily. Have a look at your eating habits, the number of calories consumed and decide which food items to have in moderation.
