You can view a list of all your new followers and classify them into something called as “Buckets” with followers you wish to follow going into the Follow Bucket and those you do not wish to follow going into the Ignore Bucket.
Remember, you aren’t blocking the users you ignore. You are simply archiving them away.
Tweepler provides a detailed stat of all your new followers so that you do not have to leave the site to check out each and every new followers profile.
Tweepler has a pretty good search functionality to search over your twitter followers with sorting provided over name as well as the number of followers.
