Tweepi – a cool bulk follow and unfollow twitter tool

Tweepi is yet another interesting twitter app which could give sites like TwitterKarma and Refollow a tough time!

The site currently provides four cool options :

Geeky Follow

So, you do not know whom to follow on twitter? It’s ok, everyone feels the same when it comes to choosing among the millions of users that twitter has.

Geeky Follow helps you follow twitter users matching your interests. With a number of options to choose from, this is one of the best ways to follow new twitter users.

Geeky Flush

Are you one of those who unfollow twitter users not following you back? Geeky Flush lets you do exactly that!

Geeky Reciprocate

Don’t want to disappoint your new followers? You should probably follow them back using Geeky Reciprocate.

Geeky Cleanup

This is a cool feature that I liked a lot. Geeky Cleanup would help you unfollow all those twitter users who do not retweet often or aren’t sharing interesting links etc.

  • Bulk follow twitter users
  • Bulk unfollow twitter users
  • Clean up your twitter following list
  • Automatically follow new followers

Thank you for listing Tweepi on twi5. We’re continuously working on making even better, so if you have any suggestions to improve it, please let us know using the Feedback form.

I need to update my Twitter Bio, too! 😉

If you dont want to hand over your twitter usernames and passwords to a third party website but want to implement a “keyword” autofollow
if you are running multiple accounts and need more than 100 api hits an hour (if you get your ip address whitelisted you can get 20,000 api calls an hour).

Then check out for $10 it’s a windows .net application that run directly on your pc instead of in the cloud.

    It does two things;

1/ Auto Follows Users with up to 4 search terms per twitter account (allows multiple accoutns – I run mine with 11 accounts simultaneously but it slows it down).

2/ Direct Message Broadcast – you can send a direct message to all you users with just one click.

Twitter has a limit on the number of users you can follow each day. I guess you must have hit that rate limit. You can try following more people after 24 hrs, should work 🙂

Ali, other than what Nischal said, once you hit 2000 following, you are allowed to follow just 10% more than the number following you.

Say you have 2000 followers, you can follow up to 2200, 3000 = 3300 and so on.

Hope this helps, and thanks for checking 🙂

i used to go to friendorfollow to check the stats of my twitter account.. but i think im gonna switch to Tweepi now.. the site’s layout is so pretty and easy to navigate.. you just tick those boxes and you’re done.. unlike friendorfollow, you do the clean up manually.. that’s kinda annoying.. lol

thanks for sharing this.. very helpful..
