Tweeght lets you submit your tweets and other twitter users can view them and vote for them.

You can view the most popular tweets, the recent tweets that have been submitted to tweeght as well as view twitter users with the most submissions. Retweet the tweets that you like directly from the site.

You can submit a tweet by sending an @reply or by tagging the #tweeght keyword or by posting it directly through the “Post a Tweeght” tab on the site.
