Followbase – now support your customers through twitter
Followbase is a customer support and service application that helps you provide an efficient customer service through twitter.
Your customers, readers, users or whatever you like to call them as, can easily get in touch with you, ask questions, suggest ideas and anything else using Followbase. You get your own Followbase forum which you can customize to give it your own look and feel.
Spammy tweets and bots can be blocked to prevent spam. You can add new employees as part of the support staff. When an employee tweets, such tweets are marked as ‘team’ and highlighted to differentiate from the rest. Followbase has threaded replies feature which helps increase user engagement.
